Learn fun yoga moves for baby to help them relax, sleep and digest better. When baby is content we can take time for us to breathe, relax and restore with gentle yoga. One or both parents welcome! No experience necessary.
Dress comfortably and be prepared to work in bare feet. For all yoga classes please bring a yoga mat, a few pillows and a blanket and anything else you need for your personal comfort or for your baby (diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.) We offer a breastfeeding friendly environment and a baby change area in the class or in the washroom.
