Given that COVID-19(Coronavirus) is present in the Manitoba area, we are doing our best for everyone moving forward.

As we are committed your health and safety all instructors and doulas will be free of fever and any respiratory symptoms 24 hours before providing support for the safety of everyone. We also will be following the guidelines for hand washing and social distancing in our lives.

We are exclusively offering classes via Zoom at this moment, so you are able to have a high quality class from the comfort and safety of your home.

Our Doula‘s are offering their clients additional options for telephone and virtual support for non-essential visits. Please plan with your Doula what both of you consider essential and nonessential visits so that you are both comfortable with how to navigate your essential support.
